We are a husband and wife team who own & operate Quality Meats in Foley, MN. We are proud to serve our local farmers and homesteaders!
We enjoy talking with our customers to explain what options they have for their custom processing.
We are happy to help our neighbors make decisions about their custom processing. We explain the different cuts in detail. With our customers knowing exactly what they're getting, they're much more inclined to use & enjoy their quality cuts at home!
LICENSING
We are a certified butcher shop by the State of Minnesota. We have a Food Safety Inspector on site every day of the week.
We are Custom Exempt. We can process for local farmers and process customer's portions to them.
We have a small retail showroom that custom processing customers and the public alike can purchase from.
Livestock husbandry and food safety are our TOP priorities! Livestock is treated with respect and handled with the greatest amount of care.
